Directions

• Post the following warmup before students come into class.  https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1hFBkpjbeNNhifC-eSMy4furC404RtshNi9fJcbFROTs/edit?usp=sharing   They will pick up paper, complete the warmup, and place in the blue basket.  Remind them to complete the warmup when the bell rings.  Give them five minutes to complete the warmup.  When 5 minutes have passed, direct student to put what they have completed in the blue basket on the red cart.  Clip together with a binder clip and attach the appropriate hour to the student work and place in the green basket on my desk.
• Play the following video:  https://www.khanacademy.org/humanities/renaissance-reformation/high-ren-florence-rome/leonardo-da-vinci/v/celebrity-art-leonardo-s-mona-lisa 
• When video is complete direct students to get assigned laptops.  They should go to the classroom and select the link labeled 13 November 2018 DaVinci Assignment.  The link will take them to a form that they will complete while watching a video.  The form will look like this:  
  
   
• Play the following video: https://ed.ted.com/lessons/can-you-solve-the-leonardo-da-vinci-riddle-tanya-khovanova
• Let students know that they can work on the assignment as the video plays.  When the video is complete, let students know that they can discuss the assignment and work with their classmates at their table.
• 10 minutes before the end of class, have students submit their work online and put their computers away.  Remind them that they know the correct procedures for putting their laptop away.  
• Post the following warmup 10 minutes before the end of class.  https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1KpBv9-4fLV9qvZLnHB-ptKkBqePOv3CHpk9zsCFrCYs/edit?usp=sharing   When all computers are put away neatly, direct student to complete the directions on the board.  They will pick up paper, complete the assignment, and place in the blue basket.  Remind them that this is their ticket out.  Students should be writing until the bell rings.  Direct students to place in the blue basket on the red cart when the bell rings.  Clip together with a binder clip and attach the appropriate hour to the student work and place in the green basket on my desk.
